About this talk
The equity gaps in legal education for women of color and the persistence of these inequities once women of color transition into the legal profession are well-documented. This panel will explore practical strategies for mitigating structural barriers to equitable opportunity within legal education systems. We will begin to reimagine legal education as learning environments that leverage diversity, student backgrounds, and lived experiences as resources for disrupting the operation of systemic racism.
