Romae is a Bay-Area raised, first-generation Filipina-American and graduate of UC Davis, where she majored in International Relations, Political Science and Spanish and minored in Human Rights. Currently, she is a first-generation 3L law student at Santa Clara University School of Law. Romae has worked previously for the International Rescue Committee, the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center and Disability Rights California. She remains heavily involved in her school's organizations and local bar associations, maintaining a community-centered approach in her advocacy.
