Camie Carlock is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on energy transactions, including crude oil, natural gas and renewable energy. She handles energy finance matters, the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas properties and the negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
Camie graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University and earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She continues her service to The University of Texas as President of the Texas Energy Law Association and member of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Energy, Law & Business Associate Advisory Council. In recognition of her leadership and contributions to Texas Law, she was inducted into the Friar Society, the oldest honor society at The University of Texas.
